I am not sure but whether there are more regular antagonists. Kc was a true antagonist and colored differently. She entered in act 2 and was destined to die at the end of the act. If there were no more true antagonists she had no chance of winning. I suspect they are rival groups.

Thus I am open to believe they could switch evil affiliations even with capri dead but am not in the know as pippy is.
