Youth camp counselor = good leadership experience?

What do you guys think med schools think of being a counselor at a youth camp? Do they view it as a solid leadership experience or just another part time job?

depends what your involvement was...
i'd think it would be considered leadership experience if you were the one deciding what the kids in the camp would do for the day/week/etc.
