If i have to reapply does it matter when I submit my application. I already got on the list for feedback, but I heard they don't look at reapps until january. Is that true? and if so it wouldn't matter if i reapplied late? Also, is the interview changing format next year?
 
Just withdrew my application as I have been accepted elsewhere and I don't want to wait out the list again this year. Best of luck to all those still waiting!

They never sent an email about background checks for me, but my secondary app says my background check is cleared. I had already signed up with Certiphi through a previous acceptance, so maybe UAB didn't have to ask my permission
 
Does anyone know if letters of intent/interest to UAB would make a difference at this point or is it too late?

I called and asked when the waitlist first came out and they said the committee is no longer meeting. I think our places on the list are final
 
I asked about letters of interest / updates to resumes a couple of days after the wait list came out, and they told me they would add it to my file… I'm not sure if it made a difference, but I submitted one anyway. It may be beneficial for reapplying if it doesn't help this time around.

Blazernet has been updated to include financial aid status, including the amount of loans you're qualified for, as well as the estimated cost of tuition.
 
Has anybody who was rejected had any luck with getting application feedback? I was supposedly added to the list 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. They also told me they'd only be doing email feedback and no face-to-face, kind of bummed about that...

i am on the wait list and asked for feedback and did not get a response. I'm assuming they are waiting until the class is full to send out feedback.

I asked as well and I got an email saying that since I was middle tier to wait a couple weeks for the list to move then contact her again.
 
There hasn't been any movement in a while :/ I was hoping there would be a couple this week
 
Based on some posts on the fb group, it looks like there was at least one acceptance this week. Things are still moving :)
