Do residents at your program have the option to give feedback to leadership on weekly conference didactics? As in, didactic #1 was helpful because...but #2 was not...
If so, how do you do it?

You should be getting bi-annual evaluations for faculty and a yearly program eval. That's when you can do it anonymously.

But don't hold your breath. Most will continue with bare minimum effort regardless of feedback to keep faculty status.

If the conference is being used by the attendings to obtain CME credits (which is usually the case), I believe they have to provide an evaluation form of some sort. Ask whoever handles administrative stuff at your place (usually the program coordinator).

Otherwise I would just talk to your chiefs.
