Thank You Notes

Hi everyone!

I know that Ms. Manner's would recommend sending a handwritten thank you note ASAP, but I am not sure who to send it to...the residency coordinator, program director, chief resident, etc or should I write one and address it to all of them????

If you send it to the residency coordinator's address, you will reach the PD.

As for resident addresses, you could just e-mail the residency coordinator directly and ask. (Most likely the residency coordinator it is the same address as the residency coordinator who will then make sure it gets to the resident's mailbox/cubbyhole.)
