Is being thorough with first aid and uworld after reading kaplan notes and videos and pathoma once enough to be sufficiently prepared for the Step 1?

I know this question has been addressed before on this forum, but seeing as how the Qmax question bank has undergone pretty significant revision and improvement over the past few years, I was hoping who has recently used USMLE Rx to study for Step 2 could give me their two cents on it's utility...

Are the things that are in First Aid but not covered at all by Uworld really worth learning? First Aid covers a lot of things in a lot of detail, but it seems to make more sense to follow Uworld as far as what content is worth devoting to memory and what content can reasonably be skipped...

In case you didn't notice, UW updated their self-assessments to consist of 40 question blocks. The updated metrics rolled out today and, surprise, they make a helluva difference (232 -> 251). 2 weeks out for me. Stay strong, friends.
