Is being thorough with first aid and uworld after reading kaplan notes and videos and pathoma once enough to be sufficiently prepared for the Step 1?

No. Going through "xyz" "n" number of times gives no indication that anyone is sufficiently prepared because different people have different definition of being "thorough" and they are not testing your thoroughness of a particular resource but your knowledge and your ability to apply that knowledge to answer the test questions.
Only NMBEs tell you how prepared you are. So if you really want to know how prepared you are then take an NBME. Usually an average of your last 3 NBME scores towards the end of your preparation may give you an idea about your likely Step 1 score.

+1. This is a question that is asked 928374982734 times, and the only true answer is what Transposony said. With that said, the resources you mentioned are the best/most widely used resources which are said to comprise pretty much all the information you need to do be sufficiently prepared so you are on the right track.
