No. Going through "xyz" "n" number of times gives no indication that anyone is sufficiently prepared because different people have different definition of being "thorough" and they are not testing your thoroughness of a particular resource but your knowledge and your ability to apply that knowledge to answer the test questions.
Only NMBEs tell you how prepared you are. So if you really want to know how prepared you are then take an NBME. Usually an average of your last 3 NBME scores towards the end of your preparation may give you an idea about your likely Step 1 score.
