I started this thread for those taking the MCAT on 04/24/09, I searched this site but couldn't find any thread for this test date. I just registered today, and I'm looking forward to 2.5 months of cranium-busting so that I can put this "four-letter-word" behind me once and for all!!!! :diebanana:

So sign up people and lets support, motivate and try to keep each other sane!! Best of luck to everyone testing on this date and any date for that matter!!!!!!!!!!

I definitely had a mini-meltdown because I was hitting refresh on SDN while on page 8 but then realized there was a page 9. As I clicked the page 9 link, I imagined seeing everyone's average and actual AAMC scores. It was as though my entire life flashed before me.

Whelp, at least I haven't died of swine flu yet. 👍👍👍

Nvm. I haven't even gone to the THX site until now because I just didn't want to think about it. I've been out of town and busy for the past three weeks, and I remembered getting a sheet of paper w/ info on it from my test center, so I assumed I needed it. Guess not? lol *feels dumb*

You know, whenever I feel dumb or stressed out, I just think of my favorite things, e.g., raindrops on roses, whiskers on kittens, 45T's, and warm woolen mittens. You should try it some time.

So I've been lurking since this thread was created and finally decided to post! I'm also checking the forums before i check THx. I have work in 45 minutes and wanted to get my scores before then 🙁 but maybe its for the best...:scared:

I am hoping that they messed up and as a sorry are giving us all 40's haha (oh how one can dream) but seriously the things I would do for a 40...hell the things I would do for a 37

hahah i just woke up...(its 10am here) so i was trying to just sleep until scores came up...i guess that didnt work...now i suppose i have to find something to do...

i have to work at 4... i have a feeling we're not gonna get the scores until after that and i'll have to wait til 10pm to check it 🙁

I once again surprised at how cruel the AAMC can be.

For the GRE's, you get your score INSTANTLY and they grade the essay later. Why can't the MCAT do this?

Because I would probably break down and cry haha need at least 1 week recovery time

Wish I had your balance score though. Really worried about the 7, but can't seem to get a consistently better score. Worried retaking will result in a lower score. UGH.

Not too sure what happened in bio, but I'm glad verbal went up. Being a brown male probably won't hurt.

Really wanted that 30 I was averaging on AAMC. Up 3 points from last time. Wondering what to do now, leave it alone or take it a third time? I'm applying in-state to Indiana.
