well, one of the candidates has some purple in it. Unfortunately, one i was really excited about looks too slutty unless I pin it, so I am thinking about going with the other dress. However, the other dress is white with some purple, may not be appropriate for winter.
 
Matters if you want all eyes on you. If you like attention and people ogling, then go with the dress and give yourself some good self esteem points. Then again, according to sleepy, you already get all that no matter what you wear 😉
 
But my advice won't do any good seems how it is 2.5 hours past your reservations.
 
And wow, you 2 are quite chatty.
 
I went out again tonight (just for dinner), and my little brother even paid for me. Yay for good and free food.
 
I studied for a good 5 hours this morning, then took the rest of the day off (had to return my little sister to her home). Now it's just too late to get started back up.
 
Plus I would just go to sleep if I tried.
 
Maybe I should make it an early bed time.
 
Then I will be able to study lots tomorrow.
 
And realized some good irony tonight. I have to go do a few hours of community service for the school and they assigned me to help re-carpet some place. I'm sure that will work out nicely with all the muscle cramps.
 
And I am getting a really bad headache/migraine, so I may just have to take muscle relaxers again, but I really don't want to. I am never rested after a drug-induced sleep.
 
Okay, so I am getting bored talking to myself. Someone needs to join me here.

A lot of people are pretty casual at the restaurant, so I put on a cocktail dress. Hubby didn't like it.

I have to admit, tho, I wore my MAC eyeshadow, etc and blew my hair out - I felt like a moviestar! 😀

That was my first time really using the MAC eye technique - it kicks A$$! I didn't know I could look like that! I highly recommend it to all you girls!

you've seen me! do I look like someone who would know about the MAC eye technique??
 
at first I was uncomfortable, but hubby was like, "well for all they know we are going to a play afterwards". It was an expensive restaurant so it made sense. I felt pretty sexy compared to the women wearing jeans, tho :laugh:

you should. It would look awesome on you! You buy one of their 4 color eyeshadow palettes (the one I bought had purple in it, of course)
 
then you use an eyeshadow brush to dust the upper lid with strong color, then a different color for the crease, another for above the crease, and then the lightest color for just under the eyebrow
 
And then MAC eyeliner on the upper eyelid, with a smidgeon on the lower one... mascara on both eyelash sets.... bah, hubby is calling!

when you get back, you have to teach me how to flutter my now MACified eyes

:laugh: I am still trying to master that one! Seriously, we should dress up more often. When I am not wearing scrubs, I plan to go around looking supa-fly now that I know this trick 😎

Let's plan on looking hot for no apparent reason! it's always great seeing the people you see at work in scrubs and looking well scrubby for lack of a better description, get all dressed up and look like normal people

:barf: that would normally sound lovely, but I split a thick, rich turtle cheesecake last night with hubby
