-Nobody can predict anything or give you a list without a MCAT score. When you get your score come back here and post it.
-You have enough shadowing as long as you have some with a primary care doctor.
-Your Masters GPA will not be of any help with your GPA when applying to MD schools. DO schools consider your Masters in their evaluations.
-Not sure what the diagnostics in South American villages means or involves. But do some reading and decide if you even want to include that. This activity could be considered voluntourism or taking away a means of personal financial support from residents of the villages. (Are you doing jobs the residents could use to earn a living? Sounds like you might be.)
-You have lots of research. You seem to like it because you keep going back to it. Why not a PhD instead of a MD/DO?
- what activities were involved in your clinical work?
- how did you help the migrant farm workers?
Good luck as you move along in your goals. Donāt rush, donāt apply until you have the best possible application. You really only want to apply one time.

#1 goal: highest MCAT possible! You have strong enough ECs that you could probably take some time off to 100% devote yourself to MCAT prep. Kill the MCAT and with your ECs, you probably will have a good chance.
