18 days until test. 511 on Sample. 512 on FL. Hitting a wall

Hey, I am hitting a wall on my score and a wall in my studying. Im not sure what to do, I have kind of lost interest in the current ways I study. I have done all the AMCAS stuff, twice. I have done Uworld once. I have taken NS 1(505), Altius (500), NS 2(507), Sample(511 converted), NS 3(511), and FL1(512) in this order. NS 3 and FL1 were a week apart. FL 1 was 129/127/127/129. Outside of B/B, i dont feel like I have major content gaps. Most of my errors in CP/PS are silly mistakes. I feel like I should be able to approach closer to 520. I believe I can get 130 on CARs and PS on the real deal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just keep analyzing what u get wrong and notice patterns. Just keep it strong the next few weeks and get that 512+

id attribute most of my errors to misreading or missing something in the passage.

What helped me is slowing reading the questions 2 times. Sometimes I would miss easy questions from misreading what it was asking or missing a key word in the question.

Highlights key things in the passage and keep note of them.

Have you taken FL 2 and 3 yet? You're doing great. However, I would not bank on doing better on the real deal even though it is possible. I was getting 131s on CARS on all my FLs, then got a 129 on the real thing. It was much harder than the FLs. But I also did better in CP and BB, so you just never know. I scored 4 points higher than my AAMC average, but several people I know did 3-6 points worse. It just depends on the test you get.

Consider using the 7Sage Blind Review Method when you're reviewing your full length exams. It's designed for the LSAT but it works for MCAT or really any standardized test. Getting scores close to 520 or higher depends on test taking skills and that can be improved by doing a lot of practice and actively reviewing your answers.

You’re solid. Keep looking over what you got wrong and why. My FL average was a 515, and I got a 519 on the real thing.

Edit: agree with @Lawper’s suggestion. Make sure you review that whole test. And you need to know why you got questions wrong and right. Don’t just assume that if you got it right that you’re good. You may have gotten lucky.

that is some good work. i was above 90% for PS and CP. My BB was 75%. so i need to hammer that in
