Ok, so I've never posted before, but I'm an active reader. Anyway, I work with someone, who has a friend that works in the med school admissions office. The woman I work with asked the friend what the deal was and why I haven't heard anything. I interviewed in Feb. btw. The friend said that if I was rejected, I would have probably received the rejection already because as far as she knew rejections had been sent out. The last time the admissions committee met was this past Monday (19th), and again, as far as she knew, this is the last time they meet for acceptances and if I didn't get a call Monday or Tues about being accepted, then I am most likely on the waitlist. But, then I called the admissions office, and Lisa said that final admissions decisions will not be made until late march, early april. I didn't tell her that I had an inside source that said otherwise. I'm not sure who's right. Also, people have been getting random snail mail and calls lately. So, I think there is still hope.
