I didn't apply for the MD school. I'm your DO at heart here. I was accepted shortly after my letters arrived at WVSOM. My point is, the letters can always be sent later. Get your app in as soon as possible. Trust me, it feels good to be in the first interview group at a few schools and accepted to three by the end of October.

You're going to have to be able to answer that question a lot, both for the schools as well as for yourself. If you genuinely feel that you cannot answer that question, perhaps you should do more research into the profession and why it fits your idea of medicine.
That's a very specific question. The problem with me is, I don't have any experience working with the underprivileged. How should I approach this prompt?
