I don't understand why are you being so paranoid. Your file will be completed eventually. Your numbers most likely will get you an interview.
I never received a link for a status page, because I was rejected pre-secondary?

Sorry to hear about the bad news regarding UCSF...but I did have a question? Does it seem logical to everybody that if you got a secondary pretty quickly like 2-3 weeks after they received your AMCAS that they feel you are a pretty strong applicant and hence stand a good chance of getting in? I'm basing the 2-3 weeks as quick since I remember their email saying it could take up to 12 weeks. Also, I got a secondary from them right around the 12 week period 2 years ago when I first applied and that was followed by a pretty quick rejection.

Rejected pre-secondary as well... I'm OOS, but I had hoped to at least get a secondary.
I got mine complete after about 10 days. I might call if i was you. If you sent your letters by regular mail that might be the problem. I submitted on 9/5 was complete 9/15
i'm still not complete either its been over a month!
Sorry, rejection or not the status remains the same. It still says I'm being reviewed.🙁
Less than 25% applicants will get a secondary, and UCSF is not the most prompt in updating online status. If you've been complete for more than two months, call them. You can also email them, but it may take them another week or so to get back to you.
Hehehehe did anyone go to the status page and notice the warning about the online update? 6 pm, wednesday the 23rd....er, do you think they mean tuesday the 23rd or wednesday the 24th?

hey i am finally complete today. maybe you're complete too!
I know! Does anyone know if UCSF is the type of school where they wait till march/april to reject applicants who have already submitted secondaries? Or will they actually give a decision within 8 weeks like they said? I called and they don't want to be bothered by my pesky question. Anyone know? Applicants from last cycle?
Hate to surprise you but they are giving out interviews. There are few people on these forums who have received an invite.
Nope. Once interview slots are full they will send out the remaining rejections. Most who received secondary will hear back no later than early Feb. It will be the post-interview hiatus that drives people insane, especially if you interviewed early.
I don't know how competetive the program is, but as you said above, you can be rejected from PRIME but still be accepted to the regular MD program.

Thats what I was asking- will you still be considered for the regular MD program if they reject you from PRIME? And what is the second application for PRIME besides the essay you submit with the UCSF secondary?

For those still waiting for a secondary, I just received one yesterday night around 9:30pm. I was acknowledged 8/11. I'm IS.

for the JMP you have to fill out a UC Berkeley general application, but they make you fill that out after you get an interview.
as far as i know, PRIME doesn't require anything beyond the secondary...
do you mind sharing your stats? if not, no worries. it's just that i was acknowledged 8/14 and I"m trying to forsee if I've been rejected or not. thanks!
