I got a rejection email today as well. I was complete around 7/20-something. 3.9/29, IS.

I'm going to find it funny if I get a complete email a week from now.

I did get an invite from somewhere else today. So it's all balanced as far as I'm concerned.
 
No rejection email today yet. Got a complete email from them 9/3 though. Maybe we are the Hold batch.
 
so many rejections.
 
I applied EDP and still have only received a complete email. Anyone else in the same boat? I feel like they should have sent out all interview invites/rejections for EDP by now.
 
So I emailed them a week ago to find out my status and I just got an email.

Weird, wonder why they couldn't send it now.
 
OUch! got rejected from Tulane, my first one. I kinda feel happy and I know I shouldn't be that way. Well, to me is ~$200 saved on a plane ticket to a school I wouldn't attend anyway. No offense to Tulane, it is just not geographically right for me. To brighten up, well, I got an interview offer, a hold, and a rejection all on the same day.
 
got a reply to my email just now....finally confirmed that i am complete....took them only 3 weeks to reply to my email.

they really should get a status site.

So I'm guessing it would be useless for us non-complete people to email for a status check since they take so long to reply.... 😡

I got the same email! 😀

Hope they send the official one tomo so I can stop thinking this is some kind of mistake lol

why couldnt my email have said that...it would have been a much better read.

I called them and they said the same thing to me about an interview, still have not an gotten that invite e-mail! I am afraid to call them again to check, lest they change their mind!

🙂 I felt the same way when I got rejected from a Virginia school BEFORE I sent in the secondary. $100 bucks back in my pocket plus I was excited that a med school had actually acknowledged my existence. 😀

What number and extension did you call? I haven't been able to reach them at all over the phone, and still no response to my email yet.

I called 504-988-5187. If you wait after the long automated message, it rings through to the admissions office.
 
Has anyone who submitted their secondary in mid-August heard anything (complete, rejection, interview, etc.)? I sent an email a couple of weeks ago and have had no reply.

Why did they have to title the e-mail "IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM TULANE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE"? I got excited for a 3rd interview invite and ended up cursing up a storm.

Just because of that...I hope byu destroys Tulane in Football this Saturday. :meanie:

They probably will, but that statement kinda contradicts your "I'm not saying that because I'm bitter" statement.... :laugh:

if you're edp and still waiting, you should hear back from them today according to the admissions office.

Just got a complete email from 9/2 (even though i submitted like over a month ago)... i guess i should just be glad it's not a rejection.
 
I finally got the complete e-mail. I had submitted the secondary on july 28th. Does anyone know what 'complete' here means? Did anyone who get interviews/rejections get the 'complete' email beforehand?

I was really hoping the email would contain some definite answer one way or another
 
I got a complete email from here today (September 11th). In the subject line the date was September 2nd though. Weird. Has my email been floating around the series of tubes we like to call the intergoogle for 9 days?

just got an email in response to one i sent 12 days ago asking for my status. it just said that my application is complete.

better than "your application is complete. p.s. you're rejected" lol

just got the same thing! exactly 12 days for them to answer my email concerning status... was surprised to be getting an email on a sunday....
 
I emailed them on 8/31 asking about my status -- and this morning they emailed me and said:

LeavingThisLab,
You will receive an email inviting you for an interview.

So.. how long has it taken people to receive that interview email after they've said to expect it..??

Nope -- I was emailing them to figure out if I was complete or not.. and this is what they sent me back 2 weeks later..
 
First Interview invite 10/5! OOS, never recieved a complete notification

seems like those with interviews never got a complete email, and neither did those who were rejected. Looks like all of us who got the email are on hold...
 
Just saw the "Important information for Tulane" email in my inbox and figured it would be a rejection based on what others said and I was right! at least I was prepared for this one.
