I am sorry if this comes off sounding bitter or anything, but to anyone out there who hopes to apply in the future to Jefferson, be advised...
Even if you are disadvantaged, URM, bi-lingual, have great LORs, diverse and significant ECs, a great story overall, DO NOT apply here if any of your MCAT sections is below an 8. Maybe I was naive for applying here, but I was in constant contact with someone on the Committee who told me to apply, that they review applicants holistically. It is not true! And last week a Jefferson rep came to a local college and confirmed that anything below a 3.0 gpa or 8 in any of the sections was grounds for an automatic rejection even if someone is fighting for you on the Committee. [If this is incorrect and one of you exists than lucky you!

This is just so you future applicants don't waste your $ or time.
Sorry if this upsets anyone or offends anyone, I am just trying to help future applicants out who may be wondering this. I wish someone had warned me.
