Hi! Could the people who heard from UPenn and Drexel PM me the POI and how they heard from the program about the interview?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Has anyone heard anything in regards to interviews about this particular program (Widener's Post-Master's Program, 4 year Clinical PsyD)? I'm wondering if maybe these candidates get sent invites later than the regular 5-year cohort for Widener's PsyD (as they do at some other PsyD institutions)?
Keep me posted! 🙂

One of my friends applied to Rutgers Social Psych PhD program and has received an interview invite. Just thought I would mention it in case any of you guys also applied to that program.
Oh my goodness, when I saw Rutgers, my heart almost stopped!! I am waiting on their PsyD program invites but I know that it will be a while since their deadline just passed.
This is actually fairly common and it happened to me last year.
There are a couple ways of going about it. Ideally, you can work with both schools to see if one has an alternate interview day that you can attend. You can also see if one of the schools will arrange an in-person interview on a different day jus for you (this is what I ended up doing.) Most commonly I'd say you will be forced to prioritize and attend the interview at the higher-priority school and schedule a phone interview with the other.
Does anyone else have experiences with this?

Anyone currently have a Master's Degree or is currently working on theirs but applying to PhD programs?
I'm curious as to your luck with invites and any general trends that you've heard of (such as if school's are less receptive if you have a master's, for example)?

I am horrified at the fact that I need to wait over a month (judging by last years post) to hear from IUP psyd!!!
I know! IUP's deadline was a while ago too.
Has anyone applied to LaSalle? Their deadline isn't until Feb. 1st! I applied early, but I wonder if they're going to be looking at applications before the deadline or if we'll be waiting until March to even hear from them.

This is my second year applying (after no interviews last year) and I just got my first invite, from my top-choice school, University of Oregon!!! I am so excited/nervous/happy!!!
Maybe this isn't appropriate to post here, since it's for a Counseling Psych program and not Clinical (I applied to both), but I am posting anyway in case there are other Counseling Psyc applicants here.

Has anyone heard from UWash-Seattle for the PhD in clinical psych?
congrats! that is awesome! did they call, or send an email, or snail mail? i also applied to the counseling program there. haven't heard any news yet tho. congrats again!
Congrats on the interview!! 🙂 This is also my second year applying after no interviews last year. So far, I'm 1 for 1 this year for interview invites, but no word from any other schools yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and religiously refreshing my email. Good luck to you this year!
Anyone else freaking out waiting for CUNY Grad. Center's Clinical Psych PhD invites?? Last year they sent out invites today... I know it's still a little early to be anxious, but of course today I'm snowed in sitting here by my laptop all day doing nothing but checking my email. Has anyone heard anything from them?
Congrats!!
Has anybody applied to Fielding or has any thought about it? It's Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology is APA approved BUT put on probation which worries me. Did not apply but still consider it.

15% is low or is it not??
Question... and I know that it is a strange one, but after speaking with a professor of mine I can't help to ask:
Have you ever heard of a person being accepted without interview?

I was wondering this too! Anybody ever heard of this happening?
