Haven't gotten the call, but I called them to see if decisions had been made on my interview date.

THEY HAVE AND I AM ACCEPTED!!!!!

Congrats, man! Now if only they'd read my secondary and make a decision about my interview. Been 6 weeks now.

Thanks! Yeh. Status update today around 10 am. Interviewed in early September.

Hoping for good news for everyone else on this thread!

Are you complete? It took me a couple of weeks to be complete...

Don't hesitate to send a letter of interest or an update. Creighton has historically been quite receptive to this.
 
JUST GOT THE CALL. ACCEPTANCE : )

For anonymity's sake, I can't say which date specifically, but I was among the first batch (let's say first 5 interviews).

No update today. Last update 1 week ago.

Man, I am blown away...
 
Just got the call!!!! 😀😀😀 Interviewed in early September. It's absolutely surreal. Good luck to everyone else!:luck:
 
ahhhhhhhh!! I received a call at 4:30 but I missed it. I listened to the voicemail at 4:45 and they said to call them back so I did immediately but their office was already closed! If you get a call is it a definite acceptance? Or do they inform the waitlisted people over the phone as well?

same thing happened to me! I would be surprised if they called to inform us of a waitlist spot, but that's just a hunch...

I hope so! I was kicking myself when I called back and the automated message came on to tell me that their office had closed ten minutes ago 🙁
 
Called earlier was told I was wait-listed...bummer.
 
Got the acceptance call about 30 minutes ago! So stoked. Interviewed here on September 3rd.

I'm pretty sure I sounded completely disoriented on the phone because I was so excited.

got a call at 4:55pm central time...ACCEPTANCE. unreal.....
interviewed on sept 16th
took me two application cycles but FINALLY i got what i deserved

good luck to all, you never know when your time may come



(3.4 undergrad sci, 3.6 at BU MAMS this past school year, 33 (11 VR, 10 PS, 12 BS))
 
just received message from the admissions office called and left a message to call them back. morning can't come soon enough
 
Accepted!!🙂🙂 Unbelievable! Now I have eleven hours of class to sit in before I can celebrate haha

I was wait listed last cycle and of course the year previous 60 some odd people came off the wait list, and last cycle only 20 🙁 but historically they say Creighton has a lot of wait list movement....I was informed of wait list via mail last year, but I also called them to ask before I got my letter
 
Accepted as well! Creighton is one of my top choices. I am super excited about the prospect of attending!
 
Missed the call yesterday but had a feeling it was an acceptance. Called back left a voicemail. They returned my call this morning with ACCEPTANCE and confirming my address to send the offer! Congrats to all accepted!
 
so if i interviewed early and have not received a call...should i be expecting a hold/rejection?

I just got an email asking me to take a survey of the interview day before any notice of acceptance/hold. Hmmmm...?

Who knows. I was early September.

I recommend calling the Office of Admissions. Ask them if your file has gone up for review. She will ask for your AAMC ID and your name for verification. Then she will tell you if a decision has been made.

I got that email as well. But I did have a notice of acceptance yesterday. So, I don't know what to make of it. I'm just assuming its a mass email to anyone who has interviewed already.
 
Accepted 🙂. Looking forward to meeting some of you in spring for 2nd look.

Waitlist did not move much at all last year, just my luck :laugh:

I heard some rumor last year that Creighton actually doesn't reject anyone but I really find that hard to believe. They wait-list everyone and the more you submit updates and stuff, the higher likelihood you have of being admitted off the wait list. But, take that with a grain of salt because this forum is full of rumors lol
 
Interview invite just now! Very excited. Complete 8/15, OOS
 
Interview invite a few weeks ago, but I withdrew pre-interview. Hopefully a fellow SDN'er gets the spot 🙂
 
I submitted 8/18, was marked complete 9/30...hopefully I'll hear something soon!

Can you please share as to what hotel did you stay and how was the interview like? I have an interview in the first week of Nov and any help will be highly appreciated.
 
How long did it take for some of you to receive II's after you were complete? Just got complete email this morning
 
Just got an interview invite yesterday! Complete 9/19 (think), OOS, high GPA, average MCAT
 
What is the latest day for acceptances so far? Any new updates?
 
My app was updated yesterday morning as well as this morning. I interviewed 9/30 ~ 10/1. A friend wasn't updated yesterday but interviewed the same weekend. I would expect decisions to go out early next week.
 
In case anyone is wondering, it was very easy to reschedule an interview at Creighton. I just called admissions and rescheduled for about two weeks after my original interview. The admissions office was very helpful and it was very painless to reschedule.
