If I worked in the admissions office, I would think Friday at 5PM would be an ideal time to send out decisions....

I know for a lot of people going to Harvard is a huge dream, good luck everyone and congrats in advance to those who are fortunate enough to get accepted :luck:

Harvard was my first interview (lol...not cool to have that as the first interview of the cycle), and I don't think that it went as well as I had hoped for. At the moment, I would be happy with a waitlist. However, best of luck and congrats in advance to all those who are accepted.

If acceptance decisions are released tonight, they may change some people's lives! 🙂

There are many students in the admission committee or even students that might work in the office... this is certainly the kind of gossip that would spread very quickly.

my friend worked the Berlin film festival and got me into a free screening of Just the Wind. So many people recommended it to me emphatically, and it was good. but suuuuuuper depressing. my friend and i just walked silently out of a theater to a cafe to buy chocolate things, haha

I have actually been a little thrown off by all this talk of imminent acceptances b/c during my interview I distinctly remember being told mid-late march.
 
For what it's worth, I have listed in my notes "First week of March" for when decisions come out. What they consider the first week of March is a mystery to me though.
 
at my interview, we were told first week of March...but does that mean the first full week of March? unclear. also, there are 124 active users currently viewing this thread!

That is what the website states - but it is what people in previous years were told as well and answers used to come out around March 15th (maybe because of traffic rules regarding MD/PhD offers) and last year they came out quite early, on March 3rd...

I'm ready to call the "all clear" alarm until Monday. Probably won't hear anything until Monday unless they are insane
 
it's almost harder to wait now that we're close to finding out than when we were a few months from it. 😳.. oh the anticipation!
 
I had a dream last night that I was waitlisted at this school
 
That was a nice long break from jumping every time I get a notification on my phone...
 
Anyone heard from the admissions office/current students about when the decisions are coming out? I hope it is today...
 
So....before I checked my email this morning, I found myself praying to Jesus, Buddha, and my ancestors.


LOL. But nothing yet. I getting so nervous and anxious. It's not even funny. xD
 
Hopefully we'll here sometime this week. However, when I interviewed in November we were told to expect to hear late March. It seems that people who interviewed later on have been told first week so maybe they changed their timeline at some point.
 
That would be super helpful! I'm in class all afternoon but if someone has time to call the admissions office and ask, I'm sure we would all appreciate it 🙂
 
I called and was told that decisions "will be going out soon... We don't know exactly when."

I am in! MD/PHD, HST and NP.

Not necessarily, because acceptance to the MSTP program at HMS is contingent upon acceptance to HST or NP, so you get accepted to both HMS and one (or both) of the programs. Congratulations!
 
Last year MSTP came out ~1 hr before the rest of them.. Might have been coincidence... Or perhaps not!

My heart skipped a beat when I saw my gmail account went -> Inbox (1).... only to discover that it was an ad from Air Canada. 🙁
