After being complete (10/17) - how long does it take for them to respond back?
 
It really looks like they are making a push to complete applications right now. I don't know if anybody noticed but they have completed almost all of the Sept. secondary submissions this week.

Yeah I hope they get to mine soon. I got time-stamped end of Sept and still waiting for complete. BTW, how long to wait from complete to II?

For me, it took almost a month from submitting my secondary to be marked complete - and then over two months after that until the interview invite!

Mine has been over a month and I also sent an "in the area" email too but still no response yet. 😳

Took me about three and a half weeks to be marked complete, and then a little over two months to get an invite.

If it helps with your anticipation:

I submitted my secondary on 9/2. Got the complete email on 10/17. Still no word from the good people in New Orleans.

I've been there. In fact, I was quoting that page called "Scholarships" but that's all they say! I was hoping for scholarship info less vague than a reference to an obscure bulletin. Speaking to students who go there, I know they'll give 10k off or so if they really want you, but I was hoping for more official info if anyone has any or can point the way to the "Bulletin".... oh well, wait and see I guess...

bummer, there used to be a huge list that mentioned the donors and everything.
 
I interviewed yesterday and was blown away by New Orleans and the students and faculty at Tulane. I would love to spend four years with the 30 or so first years I met. My host was awesome, his classmates were awesome, every faculty member I met was awesome, and Tulane/NOLA was awesome. Please Tulane, let me be awesome with you.

Hey I'm just wondering, I secondary online last week but for the reference letters, since I already designated through AMCAS which letters to send to Tulane when I did the primary appliation back in Sepetember, will they automatically get it now? or do I need to do it again? haven't received a complete email yet....
 
If you designated which letters to send back in September, then the letters were sent in September. It's only been one week since you submitted the secondary. It's going to take longer than that to be marked complete.

Oh man, my interview was originally for 10/21 but I had to reschedule (to 10/17). I still haven't heard from them... clearly should've left it on the 21st!

Just declined an interview invite for December 5, in case anyone wants to try to move up their interview date. I was complete Aug. 25.

Rejected today pre-interview, but got an interview to a state school so today wasn't all that bad =P

Submitted secondary around end of august.
Complete email October 5th.
Rejected November 7th.

Has anybody been marked complete recently? I submitted my secondary 9/25, and I haven't heard anything since.

drziggy- I talked to someone in the admissions office who said they only notify 4 weeks before your assigned interview date. I have a feeling there's also an interview in your future but you haven't reached the 4 week prior mark yet. Good luck and keep the faith!
 
I got time stamped for secondary submission for 6 weeks now and still haven't received complete email yet. Should I call them and ask or is it still early?

I submitted 9/23 and was marked complete today. If you don't get the same email soon, I'd contact them.
 
Is anyone else interviewing on November 28th? Also, any recommendations for what to do while I'm there? I haven't been to New Orleans and I can't wait to explore the city! Thanks!

agreed. one of my student hosts recommended deenie's and the shrimp po boy i had there was humongous. 👍
 
I have an interview scheduled for 12/12. Any chance someone with an interview the week before (12/5-12-8) would like to switch?
 
Submitted 9/28, marked complete today 11/15.

Accepted this afternoon!!!!!! My first acceptance, and it's one of my top choices too!

It seems like there have been a lot of acceptances sent already. Is there still hope for those of us who were only marked complete recently (after over a MONTH of waiting)?
 
I have been complete since 10/04/11 its looks like it is a good sign that I have not been rejected yet.
