Is this true? Does anyone have any other info on the prevalence of this happening? Not that I doubt it, by any means, but I feel like perhaps I am an anomaly. Why? Because my first three points of contact were invitations, but I see others posting about invitations from places I applied to, but haven't heard from.

I got an invite to Minneapolis VAHCS as well (notified 11/21 around 3:10 PM EST). It didn't specify but I'm a neuro track person. It was a personal email and interview date was 1/9/18.

Does anyone know for sure if UCLA (Semel) is sending out invites per track? It sure seems that way given past posts...but that could just be my wishful thinking!

I haven't heard back yet either, after responding to their invitation.
 
Just want to say congrats on the invites and sorry for any rejections today!

But mostly, I want to say how much I appreciate this whole thread and everyone who is part of it - commiserating together, celebrating together, laughing at how chaotic this process is together. I'm sure it helps we're mostly anonymous, but it's so helpful knowing there's a group of e-friends here supporting one another 🙂
 
Has anyone else heard either way back from University of Washington School of Medicine - Child Track? It looks like the adult track had a mass email but the child track may have had personalized emails?? Holding out hope still!!!
