Christmas movies (specifically Hallmark-level sappy romantic ones) are my absolute favorite. I dream of a life like that...but instead, I sit on my couch eating oreos, working on data, staring at my sleeping dogs, just wanting Santa Claus to send me Hallmark love and interviews!

Hahahahaha. Best post. My one dog used to be obese. I just couldn't say no. The vet lectured me even more when she found out I was doing a year-long rotation in a pediatric obesity clinic. BUT HE WAS HUNGRY, OKAY?!

So it looks like the rejections and the invites are being sent through personal emails. I just went back to November 17th where someone posted about an interview for the same track - Texas child study Center - Ped/integrated care and it was a personal email as well, thats probably why it is taking so long and why we haven't heard

Also still haven't heard from them or Baylor (child track). Waiting for my rejection...or my interview...but probably my rejection.

Start an animal sanctuary! I currently live in an apartment and have no money but...somehow I would be able to buy a bunch of land, and supplies for animals, and make money off of all of that...totally realistic.

Seems my sites are suffering from Post Turkey Stuffed Disorder (PTSD). According to the literature, the treatment of choice appears to be Netflix Therapy which has shown promise and appears to reduce PTSD symptoms. However, PTSD does tends to recur around the holidays...

Yeahhhhhh, just finished it and now my plan is to find a super hot prince of a made up country, lie to him about everything from the beginning, cause a lot of general mayhem culminating in a moment of deep betrayal when the truth finally comes out, leave in disgrace, somehow save the day at the literal last minute, and then get proposed to with a giantass blue diamond in the snow and go live in a castle. This is it, y'all, this is my calling.

edit: jk, I don't like the snow. I can just get proposed to in normal, non-snow weather. That will do.
