Wow, I wish I had enough free time to troll the Student Doctor Forum. Maybe someone needs to peruse the Pleasant Activities list in the DBT manual and find a new hobby. :annoyed:
 
Someone I know that's in this process told me that Suffolk Uni sent out a message notifying applicants that they should have invites sent out around Dec. 7th- I hope that helps someone!

However, I will offer this encouragement: :Last week I was so disappointed because the Albany Consortium had sent out invites in a mass email, and I didn't get one. Yesterday, I got the invite. This process messes with your head, but until you get the official "no," there's still hope!

Hmm, I applied to Suffolk's UCC and haven't heard anything.... :help:

Oh gosh I hope so!! I've been waiting on UW-Madison and figured that it must have been a rejection given when they posted their interview!

I don't have specifics, but this person said this email was received at least a couple of weeks ago. If I hear anything else, I will let you know!

You never know! I just got an invite, after other people have gotten both, and since their invites and rejections all seem to be personalized, seems like they're just systematically going through applicants regardless of which "pile" they're in. Good luck!

Omg, I did receive this email from Suffolk a few weeks ago :smack: My brain is 100% fried from this crazy process

How are YOU holding up in these trying times?!" I find that if you just add "in these trying times" to anything it works. I'm sure all TD and the #forumfam would agree that this is the way

I hate that part! Knowing the rejections are coming but not hearing anything. It's like getting the "we need to talk" text from a soon-to-be ex but not getting dumped until the next day. WE ALL KNOW IT'S COMING, STOP WITH THE GAMES.
(Currently waiting for 2 rejections, and handling it gracefully, clearly.)

I've brought her to conferences before. No one ever notices she's there...any ideas on what other people are doing with their hairy child? Boarding is too expensive. Hmmm I have to be creative with this one!
 
Just a heads up since I got both the interview & apparent rejection to this site :laugh: <--my manic laugh. I clarified with the coordinator and I thankfully got the rejection in error.
