Thanks! Gotta wear all the fun colors before interviews start and I have to wear boring colors. And I still frequent the TJ Maxx, although Target is bae.

Seems like today has been a mixed bag or rejections, invites, and still a lot of radio silence. Thinking good thoughts for everyone on here!! 🙂

edit: Oh, also explained the concept of wandsite to my non-psychology friend and she is actively hoping for everyone to land their wandsite!! I think we need to recruit outsiders, to make the magic stronger.

Invite!!!!! (THANK THE UNIVERSE AND ANY AND ALL HIGHER POWERS I finally have more than one interview!)
Method: Mass email (on 12/4, shortly before 3:30 EST) ** edit: it appeared to be a mass email, but there was some consortium site-specific info in the email so :shrug: dunno if it was actually a mass email? (I'd rather not go into specifics so I don't dox myself)
Interview dates: January 23, 24, 25; oprtional tour of the Nome site on January 26
Staying sane: having more than one interview definitely helps. When I get home I'm gonna continue a Harry Potter movie marathon, recite 90% of the dialogue, and force some hugs on my cats

Also - has anyone heard from Montefiore adult specialization yet?

Had anyone heard from University of Pittsburgh, Counseling Center? Both the APPIC directory and the program's webpage state that notifications would be out by Dec.1st, and I've not heard back one way or the other myself, nor have I seen any activity here. Thanks!

Does anyone have insider tips about what's going on with BOP sites? They had already notified whether students were eligible or not by this time last year. Some of my sites have an interview notification as early as this Friday...

edit: idk anything about the BOP sites and whether or not that was a rhetorical 'tell me I'm good enough,' but I'ma give you a REAL, 'you are the ish, you got this, boo' talk anyway.

I liked and then almost unliked this post when I saw #teamPacey (def #teamDawson over here). Seriously though, Dawson's Creek is effective for managing the interview blues. Good luck with the rest of your sites!

I don't have an answer to your question about Montefiore BUT huge congratulations on the Alaska offer! I'm from Alaska so super stoked to see people going for it! 🙂
