Agree 100%. It’s the Marriott Residence Inn at 1776 Eastchester and it’s very nice. Being right by campus will reduce your stress level the morning of the interview.
 
Anyone have success with an ITA update to this school? I'm travelling from CA to NY mid-November for an interview and saw this school was listed as receptive in a post on Reddit. Haven't seen any related comments in the last few pages of this thread

Another blip is that I submitted 7/17 and haven't received a complete email yet...
 
Is this school receptive to updates pre ii, I have recieved a complete email?
 
How did reapplicants approach the revelant secondary questions? I applied narrowly and way before I was ready last cycle, but not to Einstein. Did you focus on how your application improved? Did you disclose much at all?

I just said briefly that I had applied last year and was not successful. Upon reflection, I was missing xyz, and here's what I did to improve my application.
 
I submitted back in July and haven't gotten a complete email yet. Is this something to be concerned about? If so, should I call and ask?
 
Um... now I know why the sikes. I honestly thought the complete email 5 mins after I submitted was totally normal until I checked here. Maybe they go by some sort of in-state, MCAT or whatever.

Anyone have any insight on this? Traveling to NYC in a few weeks and would like to give an ITA a shot, but after reading some these comments about the admissions office, now I’m rather hesitant...
 
i ended up sending an email update because the website specifically said no updates after being marked complete, and i havent been marked complete LOL. i’ll post if anything comes of it but so far the email hasnt been opened (i have an email tracker)
 
LMAO is this the end for all einstein hopefuls????? Like due date for secondary is tomorrow??????? and so many people not complete. COOOL.
 
LOL congrats einstein. your rankings are going to take a dip next year because you probably won't get to 50% of exceptional applicants.

that's not how it works.

if it was submitted before the deadline, they will eventually mark it complete even if that date comes after the submission deadline. they're not just just gonna axe people because of their slow pace..that'd be ridiculous. the only disadvantage is the fact that interview consideration will happen later in the cycle
 
anybody try an application update here? I was complete back in 8/26 and havent heard anything
 
Sent an ITA request early this week and got the complete email today

might be worth it since people may be withdrawing from interviews in the next few weeks but it fully depends on when youre in the area...letter of interest isn't as important imo

Second just emailing, I called to see if I was missing something (not even if I was complete) like they tell you to if you don’t hear something in 8 weeks (its been over 13 weeks) and the person I spoke with was fairly short before I even asked
 
I just sent an ITA and they read the email immediately. Will update if I get a complete email. I submitted on 8/7
 
For anyone that has already interviewed, do you remember when they said they would be releasing decisions? I completely forget what they told us
