What the heck? I submitted 7/31 and still have not gotten a complete email. But congrats on making it to the next step of communication haha
 
When is it acceptable to call about complete email? I submitted 7/29/19 so we are hitting the end of 7 weeks now. It says 8 weeks on the portal but Idk if they meant 8 weeks to receive complete email or 8 weeks to review application (which is what it sounds like)

I submitted 7/18 with no complete email...

Do you happen to know if people who interview during one of the last interview dates like April are pretty much all placed on waitlist? April interviews seem pretty close to the April 30 traffic date so I am wondering.

I submitted 8/4 and haven't gotten a complete either. I currently work at the school and have LOR from faculty, so I expected they'd get to me sooner, but I guess not. It's just a waiting game at this point, so may as well not stress about it
 
Has anyone interviewed yet? Is it really a full hour with one faculty member?

So I was one of those April interviewees and I was high priority waitlist -> accepted, but some people who interviewed around the same time as me were outright accepted. Einstein uses their waitlist a TON. However I did apply prior to the new AAMC traffic rules so idk if that has impacted things in the last cycle or so
 
Submitted 7/17, no complete email

I called admissions and they said they couldn't give much detail but I was in the process of being reviewed and if they were missing any parts of my application they would email me

Edit: I got a complete email 5 minutes after I called

Lol 7/17 here too with no complete email. Maybe I need to give them a call
 
Does anyone know what their policy is regarding ITAs? I looked through previous threads, and it seems like they might be receptive if you're under review. Is this the policy for this year, too? Has it been confirmed?

Submitted same date and I called and they told me they couldnt give me status of application but that if I am missing anything they will reach out. It seems as if they review your app and then send you a complete email while they review.

Ohh okay well that makes more sense if you get the email once they actually look at you.

Wait, you do not have a spreadsheet obsessively tracking every date and type of interaction with every school? I wish I could be that relaxed lol

Got my complete email yesterday after submitting on 7/17. They marked me complete like 20 min after I called to inquire about my status so would recommend doing the same for anyone who has not received that email and has been waiting for more than 8 weeks (the max time they say it should take)

they told me they couldn't tell me status and didn't even ask for my info....
