deafening SILENCE over here
I think Einstein has always interviewed in April but not sure if this late...maybe final decisions will come even later than we think?Mine isn’t until next week
I think this could be a possibility, but since Einstein always interviews until the very end of April, I think it's hard to imagine why they'd be waiting until they hear from everyone this yearI think they might be waiting until all of the zoom interviews are completed. Anyone else still waiting to be interviewed? Is your interview scheduled or are you still waiting for them to get back to you?
Still waiting to get my interviewed scheduled...I think they might be waiting until all of the zoom interviews are completed. Anyone else still waiting to be interviewed? Is your interview scheduled or are you still waiting for them to get back to you?
Mine was supposed to be early is march, I think they’ll get to you! Shoot mary pace an email if you want she’s pretty responsiveStill waiting to get my interviewed scheduled...
I feel like there must be an AAMC traffic rule saying that by April 30 you must let an applicant know if they are on a waitlist, rejected, or accepted because we are expected to make a decision by that date...anyone know if this is true?I know that we can give up a “plan to enroll” spot after May 1st if we’re accepted off a waitlist, but what if we still haven’t even been placed on the waitlist before May 1?
Not sure. Drexel, for example, in last year's thread, had applicants who interviewed and heard back after April 30th.I feel like there must be an AAMC traffic rule saying that by April 30 you must let an applicant know if they are on a waitlist, rejected, or accepted because we are expected to make a decision by that date...anyone know if this is true?
What is the official way to withdraw? I emailed admissions a week ago but no response

They typically cover all the costs with the unsubsidized and the grad plus loans! For any accepted students, how are the financial aid packages? Do you find yourself having to pay after doing the unsubsidized and PLUS? or do they typically cover all your costs?
Is this true even after you've interviewed at the school? They don't have to tell us anything 😡. Baylor, for example, only calls you if they are giving you an acceptance (they did not call me lol). Everyone else gets an email in the summer just saying their admission cycle is finished - - no WL/R given out at any other time.
Is this true even after you've interviewed at the school?
Ive submitted post-interview updates to Ms. Dina Nardi at [email protected]How have people submitted post-interview updates? They don't specify on their website. I sent mine to [email protected] but am a little concerned that I haven't gotten a confirmation from them

I've submitted 2, but you should be sending updates to Ms. Dina Nardi at [email protected]!How have people submitted post-interview updates? They don't specify on their website. I sent mine to [email protected] but am a little concerned that I haven't gotten a confirmation from them
In the interview follow-up emails with the survey there was a blurb that updates should be directed to her!Thank you! Out of curiosity how did you know to send updates to Dina Nardi? I've never heard that name before haha
Yup, it's kinda looking like movement won't happen until afterIt just hit me that next week is the week of the 30th. OH BOY.
Update: I hit the link and it took me to a page that said accept or reject my position on the waitlist. So I think this means a waitlist. Do we know how we can find out if we're high priority or not??Guys I just got the following email and have 0 idea how to interpret it, please help! Einstein is my top pick and they already have a letter of intent from me so I'm confused!!!
Also received this emailGuys I just got the following email and have 0 idea how to interpret it, please help! Einstein is my top pick and they already have a letter of intent from me so I'm confused!!!
When did you interview ?I got the waitlist email too.... I am very confused because Noreen Kerrigan emailed me last week saying I would receive nice news from her... Low key really hope there was a mistake........?
I think earlier consensus in the thread was that rolling admissions email was HPWL and a waitlist email said waitlist
March 30When did you interview ?
I got the rolling admissions email...thinking that means HPWL?Did anyone else get a HPWL/Waitlist email? @dreamitmakeithappen @LarsWorld reaching out to you guys bc i know y'all were in the same boat
If you don’t mind can you post a screenshot? I’m sorry to hear that 🙁I got regular WL email, really bummed since my interviewer twice told me they want to see me there next year. Didn’t have my hopes up for an A, but HPWL would have been nice
Does anyone know how much movement there is off of the HPWL? I don’t have access to MSAR anymore unfortunately
I think that’s for the regular waitlist and not the HPWL? Because they seem to think the HPWL is not really a waitlist but “rolling admissions”. In previous years they accepted people off the HPWL before the April 30th deadline so it wouldn’t show in MSAR as waitlist acceptances. Not sure, but this is all strange. I feel there are more than 75 acceptances to go around especially for HPWL.
Idk, it doesn't mention anything about rolling and it would seem like most of their class came from the waitlist if that isn't comprehensive because they do ~183 students, so that's already 40% from the waitlistI think that’s for the regular waitlist and not the HPWL? If you look through the thread, a few people on here discussed that!I'm a little late to the conversation but could someone please fill me in on what Einstein's response was to COVID, why everyone is so upset about it, and how is it different from other NYC schools like Cornell and NYU? Thank you!
It looks identical to the rolling admissions email except it explicitly says WAITLIST in the subject line and has a sentence saying "Your application has been waitlisted, and we will reach a final decision in the coming months" instead of "At this time, we are in rolling admissions status." That's the only difference. What does the regular waitlist email look like?
That seems pretty minor...what makes people think that rolling admissions is HP then?It looks identical to the rolling admissions email except it explicitly says WAITLIST in the subject line and has a sentence saying "Your application has been waitlisted, and we will reach a final decision in the coming months" instead of "At this time, we are in rolling admissions status."
