Accepted today off a waitlist! My first acceptance! Words cannot describe how I feel right now. I thought my cycle was over and I was applying to new jobs and preparing to apply for a third cycle. I've struggled so much the past year and I feel so free now.
 
Finally seeing some waitlist movement today!!! I feel somewhat guilty though, because I am sad that it isn't me. It seems like I am always finding something to complain about at this point, it makes sick of myself. Every day is such a massive struggle to stay positive but there's nothing left to do but keep moving forward

Not a big fan of being the downer in this thread, but I don't believe sending an email will benefit you and what do you think will be gained by doing so?
You have already sent three letters of intent; sending an email asking about WL movement and stating how it is your top choice again is unlikely to move the needle further in your favor. The people who receive your email at admissions are typically not the ones making decisions on WL movement as well.

I would say no. 3 LOIs is a lot. Unless those were all Letters of Interest and you did not send a Letter of Intent. Then I would say it's a hard maybe, but I would still lean towards no as I don't think it will help.

If you have sent LOIs they already know they’re your top choice emailing again won’t change anything.

I’m not coping well at all lol. Can’t enjoy my hobbies, can’t focus on my lame job, can’t go to bed on time, can barely wake up anymore, can’t enjoy my relationship with anyone because my med school outcome is the only thing they care about.

Lol I feel this. My coworker who shares an office with me has become annoyed at how much time I spend on venting about med school stuff. It really is an all-consuming process hahaha.
