I'd check out the 2021 Med School Post-II Acceptances Google Sheet! It has the post-ii rates for most medschools.

wait maybe im dumb lol but don't they start sending acceptances in october? isnt that considered rolling admissions?

I think so! But it probably means II date doesn't really matter, they probably send decisions in batches monthly or something. Their website says there will be interview spots throughout the cycle so they won't fill fast.

Same boat. I already emailed them so I'll let you know what they say. But based on last year's thread, the spots filled up pretty quickly but they opened up some more slots the next business day so I think we can expect to be able to sign up for interviews tomorrow. Just keep an eye on it!

There are plenty of spots in November. I registered for the one in early November but there are two spots that re-open on Oct 17 if you want to sign up earlier than that. No guarantee it's still there though!

Thanks for the reply. I had signed up for the only day that was available at 8:30 ET. I am in west coast, so wanted a later time. Not sure if I could re-schedule.

Omg I just realized these are all eastern time, I am near the west coast as well. Do you think we can resched?
 
Anyway know how long exactly it takes Wayne to send an interview invite after submitting secondaries? Or how long it took you to receive yours?
 
do y'all think it's appropriate to send an update letter right now if you've interviewed around early august? or would it make more sense to do so after oct 15th (i.e. if you're waitlisted)?
 
Hi! Can anyone who has had their interview shed some light on the format of the MMI? How will it work via Zoom? Is the scenario presented to you and you simply discuss it with the interview or do you see it acted out? Thanks!

you read the prompt and then you talk with the interviewer about the prompt. they usually ask you some follow up questions as well
 
Is anybody interviewing tomorrow that has yet to receive the link for the welcome session that is supposed to start 30 minutes before the first interview? I haven't received it yet

Did anybody else who has already been interviewed receive an invite for an in-person tour of the school? Is receiving this email indicative of how your interview went?

I can't say for 100 percent certainty, but I highly doubt that would have any impact on your eligibility. That would be extremely unfair to students who have alternative commitments or can't afford taking the trip. I think it's more of them doing their best to show us the school and encourage us to attend if accepted.
 
Interviewing tomorrow, when do we get the zoom link? Tonight or the morning of?
 
I submitted July 21st and still have heard nothing? Should I give up hope haha, does Wayne conduct reviews chronologically?

I thought there was going to be some today since last year's thread shows today's corresponding Monday having some acceptances. Guess not (at least so far today). Deadline to notify EDP applicants is October 1st I think.
