Does anyone know for sure if they accept pre-II updates? Tomorrow is Feb 1st so I also don’t know if it’s too late to even send it. Also for those who sent one, do I just attach my letter as a PDF and send them a blank email? Most places I sent an update to had a portal

They do. I just sent a PDF and got an II later on, but I don’t think the update was a huge factor in that.
EDIT: No confirmation on my update.

Sent an update and didn't get any confirmation. My old boss went to medical school here and is well connected to the school to this day. Guess connections don't mean as much as people say
