feb 1 is post II decisions but in the past they have continued to send interviews past that date and had later acceptance dates as well!

Does anyone know if you have to send updates before decision day? I have minor updates, but nothing that I think would be big enough to sway them. I just don’t want them to think I am disinterested in the school 🙂
My interview is Feb 5th. Do you guys think I have a decent chance of an A or is this an interview for the waitlist?
My only md interview…. I gotta have this one !!!

I sent one in late Nov and got an II recently. Doesn’t mean they actually accept them but it evidently didn’t hurt my chances
i emailed and asked, they said only if you have been invited for an interview.

Sorry if this has been asked but has anyone with an II received an email about "supplemental application certification/confirmation" to ask if there have been any actions since submitting secondary? Wanted to know if this is just part of their process

I just got one too, does everyone get that or does it potentially mean something positive from our interviews? Also, does Einstein send post-II rejections on 2/1, or just As and WLs?

I haven't interviewed yet the email said if you've interviewed or are scheduled so it most likely has no tie to your interview

Same here, I wonder why they only sent it to some and not others. Did other people without an II yet get that email?
Decisions start on Feb 1st!!!!

"We ask that the day before your interview you call us at 718-430-3014 or email us at [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (if your interview is on a Monday, please contact us on Friday afternoon), so that we may apprise you of any change in the time of your appointment."
It seems like it would be annoying on their end to have to double check for everyone instead of just notifying those whose schedules may have changed but

I think you may be expected to but I didn't because I completely forgot we had to and panicked but I still had my interview. My interview was on a Monday so I just forgot that Friday.Did those who receive II do this? They changed my interview time and asked to confirm via email which I didn't do until the day of...Also agree that all the additional checks and confirmations are a lot

I got a confirmation for my interview tomorrow
I did exactly the same thing and then called on Monday morning and it didn't seem to be a big deal at all. I think it's just in the event that your interviewer has a last minute schedule change.
Yes, my pdf attachments were acknowledged and added to my file.
