Nope no changes in the last 4 years
If anything hospitals cut $/wRVU to account for the increase in E/M pay. At least that’s what our hospital did

Yep. In the same vein, there’s also still some hospitals that didn’t change their E/M pay. I know there’s one local hospital that still uses the meager RVU values from 2021, and I’m pretty sure they don’t award G2211 either. But they’re sure billing patients based on 2026 rates.

So you're at ~12k wRVUs? What's your weekly + daily schedule to hit 12k wRVUs? How many procedure days, how many clinic days, how many patients in each procedure day, how many patients in each clinic day (new vs. follow up breakdown) ? Mainly B&B or any advanced procedures?
I'm a current fellow starting a job after fellowship -- Base + Production at $67 wRVU Year 1, $75 wRVU Year 2 with two procedure days per week and three clinic days per week so just trying to get gage of what it takes to hit 12k wRVUs
I work 3 and 1/2 days a week total. Basically 3 1/2 dates procedures as part of that. It’s about 4800 encounters a year as each encounter averages 2.5 wrvu overall. Average 35 a day or so.
Most advanced is Intracept and scs trials but 95% basic stuff. Heavy mbb/RFA volume in my demographic.

Do you do med management or just procedural?
Do I remember that you get RVU credit for the patients your midlevel sees also?
Yes I do some med management. Mostly low dose stuff. I do get the wrvu for the mid level but I don’t really need him. It just makes my life easier
