I'm not sure I would assume they are going in order of submission or stats. July is still so early.

I did add WVU on my primary the day applications came out (6/27), which may be a reason why it has not been reviewed/have not heard anything.

Got II today. I submitted my secondary on 6/30. My LM is 70, if that matters. Also not from WV or neighboring state.

Is there any telling tale with WVU specifically regarding whether an application is complete? I got the email that my application was received, and within the portal, it tells me my letters are also received. Some schools send a application completed email, but not WVU?

In the email for application received, they specifically said that they don't offer an application complete status. I think you are fine. I got the II and only have the application received email and letters received status too.

Honestly I would settle in and enjoy the ride. It is so early and these schools get so many apps.
