Hey everyone, I would really appreciate some advice on figuring out the schools (outside of Texas) that I should be applying to.

Male, Non-trad (25 years old)
Texas resident
MCAT: 508 (balanced)
Undergrad (UT Austin): cGPA 3.48/ sgpa 3.29

Summer Research Internship at a Texas Medical School
Many extracurricular (i.e. SGA member and involved in multiple organizations), volunteer (volunteer at ER department for three years and translator at a clinic serving the underprivileged), and shadowing experiences (over 120 hours in varying specialties). Psychology research in undergrad, but no pubs or poster presentations.
Great letters of rec: 1 science, 2 leadership, 1 research
Lastly, I have been working for the past two and a half years as a Research Technician in a lab at a Texas Medical School and have presented multiple posters at both national and international conferences (8 posters). 1 Oral Presentation award at ABRCMS, 1 First Author Pub (IF+5), 1 Co-Author Pub (IF+4), 1 Co-Author Review (IF+4).
