3.75 gpa and 518 mcat

So I just got my mcat score back and I am super excited! However my GPA is not the best because of a complication freshman year that led to retaking a class. I was wondering what you all thought my chances were to the schools I am planning on applying to and if you think there are any schools I should add to my list or remove from my list.

Stats:
cGPA: 3.75, sGPA: 3.72, MCAT: 518
Major: Biochemistry and Genetics(will finish 2 separate degrees in 4 years)
Minor: Biology, Chemistry
EC: About to start second year of research in the same lab, Biochemistry and Genetics Club, Alpha Lambda Delta, Dixon Fellow(a program where students form small groups along with one professor to form a mentor/mentee relationship)
Shadowing: have shadowed in ob/gyn, internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine, radiology, and also shadowed overnight in a surgical critical care unit. I also shadowed medical students around at a free clinic
Other: have presented a poster on research at a conference, currently am working in a summer program at the mayo clinic, part of the honors college at my school, work every summer and break

I'm worried with my gpa that this list is a little top heavy but want to get some other opinions

Oh, and I am a white, female, South Carolina resident

UNC is low yield bc you aren't NC resident and brown is always low yield unless you have artistic background that plays in well with RISD. You'd have a better shot at a stronger school such as UVA in my opinion. Definitely apply to more schools. I would say 15 as a minimum. Consider adding wake forest, and emory as a start.

What service and clinical experience do you have outside of shadowing?

South Carolina is one of the best states in the US for MD admission. Only 30 people went OOS last year from their. Of those 30, likely a healthy chunk of htose either went to top 20 schools were URMs or had some other rather compelling factor. You really should only be applying to reach/dream schools OOS. As long as there are no real holes in your application, the odds of one of your 3 state schools biting are extremely high.
