Stats: 3.9 sGPA & cGPA, 37 MCAT

Hey sdn! I'm an NJ resident hoping to get some insight from you guys on what my chances are for the schools I am applying to this cycle. I am a re-applicant who applied too late last cycle. Last time I applied my MCAT score was a 31R. I received two interviews, but was waitlisted at both schools. I know it doesn't matter, but I was a double major with a minor. The only relevance it has is that I had a lot less time to pursue EC's, but I'm just saying this for context.

EC's:

Volunteering:

Medical/Clinical
- 120 hours at two hospitals (50 hours ER, 50 ICU, 20 hours NICU)
~110 hours volunteering as a medical assistant (also shadowed ob/gyn)
- 20 hours Clinic in Costa Rica (1 week) (shadowed psychiatrist & general practitioner)

Non-Clinical
~100 hours volunteering as a phone worker for a crisis hotline (still doing this)
~100 hours tutoring at Homefront
- I volunteered in other things (soup kitchen, library for the blind, habitat for humanity, etc.), but the hours for those activities are insignificant really)

Work Experience
- TA for biopsychology
- Math/Science Tutor (1 year)

Research Experience
- Research Assistant (4 years in a clinical psychology lab, 1 year in a quantitative psychology lab- in total ran about 3-4 of my own studies)
- Completed an Honors Thesis
- 2 poster presentations (one at a regional conference and one at a international conference) and 1 publication

Here are the schools I've applied to (28, total):

George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences
Eastern Virginia Medical School
Drexel University College of Medicine
Medical College of Wisconsin
Temple University School of Medicine
Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine
Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science
Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University
Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Tulane University
St. Louis University of School of Medicine
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School
Boston University School of Medicine
Tufts University School of Medicine
University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine
Emory University School of Medicine
New York University School of Medicine
Northwestern University The Feinberg School of Medicine
Ohio State University College of Medicine
Harvard Medical School
Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine
Stanford University School of Medicine
Raymond and Ruth Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania
University of Chicago Division of the Biological Sciences The Pritzker School of Medicine
Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine

So what are my chances? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Your application looks great, save a lack of leadership experiences, but for the list you have, that may not be as important for the non-top tiers. It is clear what did you in was your late application. With your 37 now and hopefully a timely application, I imagine you will have much better luck this cycle.

I'd say you're good almost everywhere, and you might want to cut a few names of the lower tiers, to save some $.
