5 hour energy

Do y'all have any evidence that B12 isn't an effective stimulant? I thought that it's been used as snake oil for just about every condition out there specifically because it's an effective stimulant. It gives a feeling of alertness and well being that makes people think they're being cured.

I took two at once while pregaming.

I saw into the future.

I didn't see anything useful, however, merely that in retrospect it was a poor idea to take two.

Then I came back to the present and the rest is blurry.

Studying? Nothing beats a good night of sleep for studying. (or so I hear from people)

My 5 hour energy drink only cost 80 cents. Its called CUBAN COFFEE!!!!

No! No, no, not 6! I said 5. Nobody's comin' up with 6. Who has energy for 6 hours? Thats not even possible, not even a mouse on a wheel. 5's the key number here. Think about it. 5 golden rings. 5 doors. 5, man, that's the number. 5 chipmunks twirlin' on a branch, eatin' lots of sunflowers on my uncle's ranch. You know that old children's tale from the sea. It's like you're dreamin' about Gorgonzola cheese when it's clearly Brie time, baby...

AHAHAHAHAHA! 👍

I would fully endorse 5-hr energry shots.. whether it be for studying or giving yourself a boost before headed out on a Friday night after work. Worth that two dollar price-tag or whatever it is.

I find that there's a point of decreasing return with caffeine consumption. Doses up to that point, increase alertness. Pass it and I get sweaty, palpitations, kinda dizzy, and weak.

I can drink a 20 oz coke zero, cup of coffee, or a small red bull. I can sort of titrate the dose as well when there's a larger volume. With small/no volume (I've only used NoDoz), it's difficult to do that and I usually end up past the point of no return. The caffeine in that case is counterproductive.
