Hi OP. Keep your head up! A large proportion of med students don't get their first II until October or even November. There are still many many invites to be sent out in the coming months.

I had 7 R before my first II. You’re just charging up 😉

For MD I have one R from Pittsburgh and that's it.

Many school not only sent out II's in Oct and November, but they do so into December and January, and some as late as February and March. Keep smiling.

I thought you had an OOS interview.
Yes. I had one a few weeks ago. Have not heard yet. So I guess the Thanksgiving rule does not apply. But if that is a no, then I have nothing in the pipeline.

If you have gotten an interview, you can find success.
If one school sees your potential, you can find a way to make others see it too.
It may take time. It may take a different strategy, but it can be done.
