2) I would put both total and break it up into how many hours per week you did it, for example " 240 total hours in research 10 hours per week for 24 weeks, or 6 months". If you did 5 hours one week then 15 hours a different week even if it's a month later, that would be 2 weeks averaging 10 hours per week for a total of 20 hours... Got it?
