abbbreviations acceptable in CS

Can anyone throw light on the list of abbreviations acceptable in PN?
The list on the official web-site is very short and I am sure we could use more abbreviations than listed on the site.

The abbreviations on the website are the safe ones to use. Using any others might be acceptable but you're also taking a risk by using them.

I used:
RRR; normal S1/S2, no m/r/g
CTAB; no w/c/r
AAOx3

Can't remember if I used any for the abdo exam, but if I did it was soft, nt/nd, no rebound, etc...

No problems in ICE. But yeah, use your discretion for abbreviations outside the listed acceptable ones!
