Accessing Kaplan's Online DAT practice test

So I follow the instructions in my book for accessing the free online practice DAT test. The question Kaplan asks is "What is the eighth word of the first paragraph in chapter 3?". It doesn't specify which section to look for so I tried all chapter 3's for all the sections, looking for the 8th word in the first paragraph. Still doesn't work. Am I missing something here?

I don't know, but I'm so disappointed with them after taking their course.. I should've given that money to some homeless man on a street instead of paying for that useless, USELESS class!

I never had to answer a question like that to gain access to the online material. Email/call and complain and they'll have to get you through since you paid. Maybe even demand an extension on the online material for having lost time due to not being able to get onto their website.
