How concerned should I be if a program is fully accredited for only 4 (vs the max of 5) years and noted to have several citations for areas of training that required changing? I'm not sure exactly what the citations are about and how serious they are. Should I be concerned about the stability or the quality of the program? Anybody with info, please help! Thanks, S.
