The high mycolic acid content of certain bacterial cell walls, like those of Mycobacteria, is responsible for the staining pattern of poor absorption followed by high retention


guys lets make a rule..every answer that someone gives needs to be suppoeted by refrebce,,this way we know that ans is correct and people wont be mislead.. i read alot of q that people ans wrong..what do u say?
 
i read in decks n it says it is lipids n waxes but other micro reference book gives it as mycolic acid so which is to be followed
n i really appreciate your help guys

it is lipids n waxes. if the ques asksabout mycobac. then it is mycolic acid
