Question Ads on bottom

Advertisement - Members don't see this ad

I'm a full, paid member whatever. I'm not supposed to have ads. However, on my computer, and, on my phone, there is now an ad bar on the bottom, which I can collapse, but not X out.

Of note, on my phone, I go to the SDN site; I don't use the app.
