Advising at Dental School?

I see some dental schools offer advising hours. Is that with the admissions people or just a general person who helps you?

Most likely a service for their students. Contact an admissions officer at the school and they will more than likely set up time for a meeting or be able to help you in some way. Although if possible it would be best to start with your own school's advising, then reaching out to specific schools with specific questions.
