this is ridiculous. this dude is not even an anesthesiologist and is giving courses on how to administer it safely. How can this guy not be sanctioned. someone should call his state board of medicine.

Anyone with an MD/DO license can do whatever they want within the world of medicine as long as it doesn't break the law.

The only limiting factors are specifics of malpractice coverage, and local hospital bylaws.
