Air force HPSP Scholarship 2015

I can't find any threads for people applying for this years scholarship. A recruiter recently gave me a call saying they are opening up a February board so I wanted to see what kind of stats people have that received the scholarship from the previous boards. I called the guy late october initially and he told me it was too late so that's why I'm jumping on this so late. Any information would be awesome.
