Alpha Omega Alpha induction policy

I want to know what your school's policy is on AOA induction of new student members. Tell me what school you attend and if your school inducts at the end of third year? The beginning of fourth year or after graduation? Also, have you heard any stories from fourth year students about how having AOA membership affected their residency interviews? Thanks.
