alternative IM tracks?

can someone comment about the pros and cons of going with an IM track like primary care and women's health, as opposed to the traditional categorical...i'm specifically referring to the einstein/jacobi program in new york...
any comments about jacobi in general would be appreciated... i already read the scutwork.com feedback.
