3 LOR from anesthesiologists - probably 1 quite strong, 2 relatively strong
Research - All ortho, 2 first author, 7 3rd/4th author, currently doing anesthesia research but no pubs yet
Activities - OK, not extensive, focused more on dedicating a lot of time to a few things rather than holding a bunch of titles, some leadership, teaching, and research

I know I have some strong points in my app. My biggest concern is my clinical grades which are actually below the median for our class. MGH has a statement akin to "feel free to apply if you are in the top half of your class." I just want to make sure I'm not applying too competitively.
